Nicki Minaj hopped on Instagram live to clear up pregnancy rumors.
Nicki took the stage at the 2022 Essence festival and sent fans into a frenzy.
The Barbz took to Twitter to express their excitement for the possibility of what could’ve been the Queen’s second pregnancy after videos of her small belly pooch during her Essence performance circulated across social media.
One fan wrote: “Is Nicki Minaj pregnant?! Is that why Essence didn’t live stream her performance?! She hasn’t posted since May 31st.”
The “We Go Up” rapper got word of the rumors and took to Instagram live to set the record straight.
Chilling in her red and blonde wig, Nicki is seen all smiles talking to her fans, letting it be known that she is indeed not pregnant.
“ Wait, did I say it wrong? Umm, I meant to say I’m not pregnant, I’m Fat!” she says in laughter.
Nicki Minaj still looks amazing big or small, and the fans are here for it all.
The Barbz were outraged after getting news that Nicki Minaj would not be a part of Hulu’s EssenceFest live stream.

The Breakfast Club’s Angela Yee announced to fans, who were outraged since they downloaded Hulu specifically to watch Nicki Minaj’s performance:
“I see the Barbz are coming for me and unfortunately, while being planned to share Nicki Minaj’s performance live on Hulu’s Essence fest primetime live. Due to circumstances out of our control, Nicki will no longer be a part of the live stream.”
That didn’t stop the Barbz from coming together. Barb Radio came through to stream Nicki’s performance live on Instagram, looking out for fans who are not in the U.S. During her performance, the Queen herself got on stage to blow off some steam and set the record straight as to why she was not a part of the Hulu live stream.
